1. Initial movement screen and assessment over skype to check for injuries and movement deficiencies. This will remove the guesswork and allow for a completely bespoke training plan to be devised.
2. Exercises and training volume customized to your needs
3. Personalized PDF documents including your detailed training routine, detailed warm up routine and detailed recovery routine.
4. Access to video library of all exercises included in program
5. Biweekly skype check-ins to analyze and track progress. This time is spent going over further assessments and showing new exercises if needed. This insures no wasted time, and allows us to progress or regress exercises depending on how your workouts have been feeling. NO STALLED PROGRESS, NO WASTED TIME!
